In West Bengal, Durga Puja is not simply a festival it is the pulse of the people, a living memory where faith, identity, and collective emotion converge. Yet the same season often brings devastating floods that wash away homes, livelihoods, and certainty. Ujan rises from this unforgiving intersection where belief stands against destruction. This is a story of endurance of holding on to meaning when the world collapses around you.
